The Art of Dermal Delivery: Unlocking the Power of Mesotherapy
The skin is a living tapestry, woven from layers of cells, elastin, collagen, and countless unseen messengers. To truly transform it, you must speak its language—not from the surface, but from within. This is the essence of mesotherapy, a term rooted in the Latin mesotherapy, meaning "medium treatment." In the aesthetic world, it is simply topical dermal delivery taken to the next depth. Instead of relying on creams that barely kiss the stratum corneum, you infuse potent formulas into the deeper layers—the epidermis and superficial dermis—where fibroblasts and keratinocytes listen and respond. The methods vary: micro-needling, electroporation, nano-needling, even application after dermaplaning or laser. Each creates a gateway for the active ingredients to reach their intended destination.
The Foundation: Prepping and Protecting the Skin
Before any formula touches the skin, preparation is sacred. Cleanse thoroughly with a deep cleanser that contains nothing irritating—just pure hyaluronic acid, gentle enough for eyes and lips. Then, apply a hyaluronic peel: a liquid you brush over the face, leave for five minutes, and rinse. This removes debris and dead cells without burning, using glycolactone (a larger, protective molecule) paired with hyaluronic acid. The result is a canvas ready to absorb everything you give it. Disinfect with 70% alcohol—this is non-negotiable. Then choose your mesotherapy cocktail according to the skin concern, and finish with a sterile mask and a custom-made sterile cream (the "smart mix") to calm and seal.
The protocol for micro-needling is consistent across all formulas: three to five treatments, two weeks apart, then maintenance every six weeks. The only thing that changes is the formula itself.
The Cocktails: Blended Wisdom from the Lab
XFC and XFC Plus: The Multivitamin Complex
Imagine feeding the skin a complete meal. XFC delivers six minerals, 23 amino acids, 18 vitamins, coenzymes, and antioxidants—a potent medical-grade formulation. It is ideal for younger skin that needs nutrition but not the extra plump. XFC Plus, however, adds growth factors, hyaluronic acid, and fibroblast support. This is for aging skin that demands collagen production and tissue regrowth. Two treatments of XFC, combined with one of Meso Matrix (which we will discuss for scars), can transform texture—less inflammation, more glow, healthier tone.
XFC Plus Phase: The Tensor
This formula combines DMAE (a tensor), hyaluronic acid, and organic silica. The result is immediate lift and plump. It creates tension in the skin, reducing sag while deeply hydrating. Four treatments can produce dramatic changes in wrinkles and overall firmness.
Lift Plus Phase: PRP in a Bottle
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) requires drawing blood, spinning it in a centrifuge, and extracting growth factors. This formula skips the blood draw entirely. It contains lab-created growth factors that mimic the human body—completely safe and effective. Ideal for patients over 40, it reduces wrinkles, improves texture, adds volume, and brightens the skin (though it is not a pigment-targeted formula). Six treatments with a meso pen show major improvements in hydration, tightness, and overall youthfulness.
Slim Lift: Face Sculpting
Facial fat is distinct from body fat, and this formula addresses it directly. With hyaluronic acid, amino acids, antioxidants, taurine, glutathione, caffeine, and minerals, it reduces volume in the face. Originally created for Asian markets, it is now available for face sculpting. Micro-needling is one of the best delivery methods for this.
Glow Lift: Brightening and Lifting
This cocktail targets wrinkles, hyperpigmentation (not exclusively, but effectively), and volume. Key ingredients: glutathione, tranexamic acid, DMAE, and 15 mg of hyaluronic acid. It improves color, texture, and provides a visible glow and lift.
Meso Matrix: The Regenerator for Damaged Skin
For scars, stretch marks, and tissue damage, this is the go-to formula. It contains epidermal growth factor that repairs and regenerates. Upper lip wrinkles, acne scars, stretch marks on the body—six treatments can erase years of damage. One case study showed a patient with acne scars transformed after six sessions.
BTX: The Neuropeptide Alternative
Botulinum toxin paralyzes muscles. BTX uses multi-peptides to relax them—no paralysis, just relaxation. It works on the same areas: 11 lines, crow’s feet, nasolabial folds. For those who avoid Botox, it is a viable alternative. For those who already use Botox, it prolongs results. One treatment can already show visible difference.
Hydraulics: Intense Hydration
Dehydrated skin needs water and moisture. Hydraulics combines lactic acid, hyaluronic acid, and peptides to boost hydration by 131%. It reduces trans-epidermal water loss. One treatment alone shows day-and-night difference in hydration and pore reduction.
Radiance: The Pigmentation Powerhouse
Other formulas brighten skin, but Radiance targets photo-aging and pigmentation disorders head-on. Glutathione, retinol, and vitamin C work together to remove dark spots, even tone, and boost collagen. It also provides gentle exfoliation. Four treatments of Radiance after micro-needling deliver a bright, even complexion.
Melaclear: For Melasma and Brown Spots
This is not for the whole face—only for areas with melasma or stubborn brown spots. It contains tranexamic acid and resorcinol, high concentrations of melanin inhibitors. One treatment already shows less pigment concentration. Always pair with sun protection (like Misocial SPF 50).
Cooperos: The Calming Anti-Inflammatory
For rosacea, redness, inflammation, and reactive skin, Cooperos is a savior. It reduces telangiectasia and inflammatory response. It can be mixed with essential cream or lotion for topical application. There is also a complementary Cooper pill to reduce redness after peels. Electroporation works even for active rosacea—avoid micro-needling during flare-ups.
Eye Contour: Dark Circles and Microcirculation
Caffeine, vitamin C, and peptides target dark circles, puffiness, and water retention. It strengthens the skin around the eyes, evens tone, and reduces redness from microcirculation issues. Six treatments can erase dark circles.
Perfect Lips: Health, Not Filler
This is not a dermal filler. It restores lip health: hydration, color, and slight volume from hyaluronic acid and growth factors. Two to four treatments give lips a natural, plump, pink, and hydrated look—no needles for volume, just medicine for the lips themselves.
ACN: The Acne Formula
This formula contains willow bark (natural salicylic acid), retinol, and vitamins B2, B5, B6, and C. It calms inflammation, dries sebum, and kills bacteria. It can be used after facials, via micro-needling, or even sold to patients as a single vial for nightly topical application. Three treatments can transform active acne.
Single Formulas: The Pure Actives
FHA and FHA Ultra
FHA is non-reticulated hyaluronic acid (1.8 Daltons) for volume and hydration. It can be mixed with PRP for hands, neck, and face. FHA Ultra adds growth factors (EGF, FGF) for intense wrinkle correction, firming, and regeneration.
Antioxidant Flash Effect
Glutathione and vitamin C brighten the skin immediately. Ideal for photo-aging and for giving clients an instant glow after treatment.
Body Protocols
The same foundational protocol applies: disinfect, choose the formula, apply sterile mask and cream. For body, we have three key formulas:
- XBC Cellulite: Caffeine shrinks fat cells, artichoke drains fluid, and texture improves. Reduces orange-peel skin.
- Magistral: For heavy legs and water retention. Drains, restores broken collagen fibers, and improves microcirculation.
- F Leaf Body: For firming and lifting after 40 or 50. Hyaluronic acid, DMAE tensor, and growth factors tighten crepey skin on arms, chest, neck. Use with PPC cream (phosphatidylcholine) for cellulite and firming.
Meso Matrix also works for body scars and stretch marks.
Hair Protocols
Clean hair (no products), disinfect with 70% alcohol, then use device (nano-needle or electroporation) with the cocktail, followed by sterile cream.
- Hair: A multivitamin complex for overall hair health, revitalization, and thickness. Works for men and women.
- Hair Men: Despite the name, it works for women too. Formulated for androgenic alopecia, it is five times more potent than minoxidil. Regrows hair as long as follicles exist. A study of 10 weeks showed dramatic regrowth.
The Smart Mix: Creating Sterile Post-Procedure Creams
After any procedure—face, body, or hair—you need a sterile cream to seal the skin. You cannot use a cream from a jar due to contamination risk. The Smart Mix is a patented emulsifier that turns any mesotherapy formula into a sterile cream or serum. Combine FHA (hyaluronic acid for thickness), Smart Mix (creates the cream), and your chosen formula (e.g., Radiance, ACN, hair). Use a syringe connector to mix them. This creates a completely sterile post-procedure product for the client to take home.

The Future: Customized Masks with Mix Lab
Using a blender, you can create personalized masks from a hyaluronic acid packet mixed with water and 2 mL of any mesotherapy formula. For example, add Glow Lift for a lifting and brightening mask. This is the future of skincare—tailored treatments for each client.
And so, the journey through mesotherapy is not just about injecting or needling. It is about understanding the language of the skin, speaking to its cells with precise formulations, and giving it exactly what it needs—nutrition, hydration, growth factors, peptides, and regeneration. Every formula is a conversation. Every treatment is a step toward restoring the skin's natural wisdom and beauty.
